NICEVILLE, Fla. – The #2 Northwest Florida State women's basketball team earned their third win of the season Wednesday night with an impressive 78-26 victory over East Mississippi. This win brings the Raiders' home record under Coach Bart Walker to 79-10 since 2017, with only five home losses since the 2020-21 season.

The offense was in top form, with freshman standouts Kayla Williams and Kamryn Corporan leading the scoring with 15 and 13 points, respectively. Corporan also contributed six rebounds and five steals, raising her season average to 6.3 steals per game.

Redshirt sophomore Deborah Davenport showcased her strength on defense and the boards, recording a game-high 13 rebounds and four blocks while adding nine points.

The Raiders achieved their best shooting performance of the season, with a 54.5% field goal percentage and 57.1% from three-point range. Defensively, they were dominant, forcing 21 turnovers from the Lions, while accumulating eight blocks and 16 steals. The Raiders also controlled the glass with a +25 rebounding advantage.
