Raiders Prepare for a Pair of Games in Athens, Texas

NICEVILLE, Florida – Northwest Florida State women's basketball is on the road this week for a pair of games in Athens, Texas for the Trinity Valley Classic, hosted by Trinity Valley College, where they face off against South Plains College (Nov. 24) and Paris College (Nov. 25).

TIP OFF

The Raiders kickoff the weekend with a game against South Plains College on Friday (Nov. 24) starting at 3:00 PM (CST). The Lady Texans are off to a 3-4 start to begin their campaign with wins coming against Trinidad State, Hill College and Panola College.

From there, the Raiders will take on Paris College Saturday at 11:00 AM (CST). The Lady Dragons are off to a 2-5 start to begin the year, with wins coming against Dallas Angles and Seminole State College.

NWF is looking to improve to 9-0 on the seasons, which would be the first time since 2021 the raiders began a season on a nine game win streak. A pair of wins in Texas would also bring the Raiders overall win streak to 13 games, dating back to last season.
