CARTHAGE, Texas – In a matchup of potential NJCAA Tournament teams, No. 1 Northwest Florida State pulled out a 48-42 victory over No. 6 South Plains on Friday.
Sabou Gueye turned in a career performance with 10 points and 15 rebounds. Asjah Inniss had 10 points and 8 boards, while Last-Tear Poa turned in 13 points and eight rebounds.
The Raiders (7-0) are set to take on Odessa on Saturday at 3 p.m.
