NICEVILLE, Florida – Northwest Florida State men's basketball has gotten off to a hot start to begin their 2023-24 campaign, going a perfect 10-0 through the first month of the season, including a couple of wins against top-ten ranked NJCAA opponents (No. 7 Indian Hills, No. 6 Trinity Valley).

The Raiders will have to strap up again for another tough matchup this week, against yet another top-ten ranked opponent in Daytona State College. The Falcons are also undefeated to start to begin their season, going a perfect 8-0 in November. The No. 10 ranked team in the nation has eclipsed the 100-point plateau in all but one of their games this season, during which the Falcons still managed to score 95 points in a victory against DME Academy.

NWF is coming off a long week in Pensacola, FL which saw the Raiders secure three victories over Coastal Alabama-South (106-83), No. 6 Trinity Valley (74-70, OT) and Jones College (76-60). A win against the Falcons Tuesday night will bring the Raiders overall record to 11-0, which would give the Raiders their best start to a regular season since 2018.

TIP OFF

The Raiders will host the Falcons from Raider Arena with tip off scheduled for 7:30 PM (CST). This will be the third time in two weeks the NWF will square off against another NJCAA top-ten opponent, and the second time they will host one.
