NWF Men Continue Winning Streak
Northwest Florida battled out another victory, coming away with a 72-62 win against the Southern Union Bison on Saturday night in Raider Arena.
The Raiders dominated inside as they scored 52 points in the paint and held Southern Union to only 28 points inside. Northwest Florida defeated Southern Union for the second time this season, with a little more defense this time around. The Raiders defense forced 19 turnovers, with Marcus Niblack leading the way with 3 steals.
Collin Warren led all scorers tonight with 18, followed by Tarryn Todd at 15, Takai Simpkins at 14, and Kasean Pryor with 12.
Northwest Florida will be hitting the road next week as they travel to Ottumwa, Iowa to take on 5th ranked Indian Hills on Wednesday, November 16th and then Southeastern on Thursday, November 17th.
