Northwest Florida State men's basketball is off to a hot start, beginning the season at 4-0 after today's win vs. Mississippi Gulf Coast 83-70. The Raiders had yet another wire-to-wire win, thanks to 51.6 percent shooting from the field. Northwest Florida controlled the glass the entire game, outrebounding the Bulldogs 41-31.
Kasean Pryor had a double-double, scoring 21 points and grabbing 12 boards. Chad Baker-Mazara shined in his Raider debut as he dropped 16 points and had 4 rebounds. Tarryn Todd had another great night with 13 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists. Collin Warren also had 10 points. Marcus Niblack led the Raiders with 10 assists.
