Raiders Knock Off USC Salk

NICEVILLE, Fla. – For the second consecutive game, Northwest Florida State men's basketball played from in front for most of the game as the No. 7 Raiders knocked off USC Salk, 100-81, in Raider Arena on Saturday.

Aside from 55 seconds early on, the Raiders led the entire way en route to the program's first triple-digit scoring performance since Feb. 9, 2019.

Tre Clark was solid throughout scoring 24 points on a 10-for-15 effort from the field, including four 3-pointers. He also turned in five assists and four rebounds.

Issa Muhammad had 16 points and four boards, while Deshawndre Washington added 14 points, six rebounds, and five assists. Shammah Scott was the fourth Raider in double figures with 11 points to go along with three steals.

As a team, NWF shot 56.9 percent (37-65) from the field and knocked down 10 treys.

Northwest Florida State heads to St. Petersburg, Fla., for the Juco Shootout on Nov. 12-13.
